The creative food enthusiast, chef, and owner behind Not Umami’s Cooking. With a background in social work, Kelsey followed her heart and passion for cooking to embark on a culinary journey. With over 6 years of experience in various roles in the food industry, including leading restaurant kitchens and honing her recipe development and styling skills, Kelsey's return to the food world was inevitable.
